You can visit my office for an in-person assessment and reiki treatment to help remove any energy blockages.

Wellness Wednesdays
Introducing “Wellness Wednesdays”, where we offer Reiki and meditation sessions, multiple times throughout the day, as well as a Yin Yoga class to help you create a better sense of self.
Wednesday’s:
9am - 10am - Group Reiki class
10:30am - 11:30am - Yin Yoga
12pm - 1pm - Group Meditation class
1:30pm - 2:30pm - Group Reiki class
3pm - 4pm - Group Meditation class$15/person

Distance online Reiki
I am also capable of doing distance online Reiki sessions if the person isn’t able to come by my office.

During the session I will play healing sounds.
Sound vibrations significantly affect our minds and bodies. Studies indicate that sound healing can slow brain activity and induce deep relaxation. It may also aid in improving various physical and mental health issues.

I also use energy enhancing crystals and rocks to help provide the best reiki experience for the body.
