This group Reiki session is an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and with the collective energy of others on the same journey.

During the session I will play healing sounds.
Sound vibrations significantly affect our minds and bodies. Studies indicate that sound healing can slow brain activity and induce deep relaxation. It may also aid in improving various physical and mental health issues.

I also use energy enhancing crystals and rocks to help provide the best reiki experience for the body.
